Cancellation & Changes

Because of the special nature of the medical and tour packages featured in this Site, our affiliates may impose variable cancellation fees. You agree that MEDICAL SERVICE PACKAGE TM has no control over such fees and cannot consider making any exceptions to these charges.

Airfares are subject to different rules and cancellation fees; some maybe non-refundable. To protect against cancellation charges, we strongly recommend purchasing Cancellation Protection and Travel Interruption Insurance. Travel discounts are offered in co-operation with a third party. We do not guarantee any of such discounts.

All participants must be in possession of a valid passport with a valid visa during time of travel. Please check your visa requirement at time of booking. MEDICAL SERVICE PACKAGE TM will provide visa information when applicable but do not guarantee for the approvals.
